We have utilized Hays Veterinary Hospital for the care of our animals since we moved to Hays in 2004. We have loved all of the employees & Veterinarians throughout the years. They’ve always done their best to explain information to us & are always caring & compassionate with our furry family members & us.
One of the pups is 16 years old, and trips to the vet lately have been full of worries. But when I hand her off and hear the ladies talking to her like I do, telling her she’s going to be OK and get all the cuddles…it makes it easier to walk out the door! I trust Dr. Meier completely and know he hears and understands every single concern, and he’s so good at talking me away from my nerves. Dr. Pivonka has been so thorough, and it feels like I’ve known her forever, even though we’ve only had a few appointments with her.
